His task was 30 days every morning to shower with cold water.
If you think that sounds too good to be true, in part you are right. Because, to experience the endorphin euphoria, you will have to try a cold shower or bath a few minutes each day.
Proponents of the “cold therapy” argue that cold showers are a free way to strengthen their immunity, energy and productivity.
