This diet, known as yoghurt diet, lasts three days and as mentioned above, it is designed to melt fat and eliminate toxins from the body. The combinations below are chosen for a reason and sticking to the schedule is of utmost importance.

DAY 1

Breakfast: Mix oats and one yoghurt, plain or fruit one depending on your personal choice.
Lunch: Fry some vegetables in olive oil and add them to the previously prepare rice. Add salt and pepper and make sure you don't use any other spice.

Dessert: Eat fruit yoghurt only.

Dinner: Prepare yourself a salad by chipping and frying a carrot, an apple and 50 grams of ham. Mix them with plain yoghurt after frying them in olive oil.
DAY 2

Breakfast: Make a salad by cutting a cucumber into small pieces and mixing it with yoghurt.

Lunch: Fry small chunks of turkey breast in olive oil and combine them with sliced pepper, tomato, and mushrooms. Add yoghurt once the vegetables are cooked.

Dinner: Mix two glasses of plain yoghurt with berries.
DAY 3

Breakfast: You should eat a combination of cheese and yoghurt followed by some apple slices and cinnamon.

Lunch: Bake fish of your choice and combine it with some cucumber, yoghurt, and mustard.
Dinner: Cook 100 grams of pasta and combine with one boiled egg and sliced cucumber. Mix all the ingredients with yoghurt afterwards.
